120 | Triggered

This week I give you a behind-the-scenes of my challenging work on the Trauma Hiders Club Podcast. I’ve come to believe that the work of dealing with trauma is never-ending, but despite this, I have a deep sense of fulfillment and completion.

While I once hoped that doing my own work would help me leave all my problems behind, I’ve come to understand that everyone is ultimately complete and whole.

Recording this podcast sometimes really overwhelms me and occasionally causes me to revert back to my childhood self.

But these days I have the tools and resources to handle triggers. And in this episode, you’ll hear about how I manage and prioritize well-being to break the cycle.
